FAQ

The honest answers. No fluff.

Everything operators ask before they sign: timelines, what we do, what we won't do, and what happens if we miss.

THE SYSTEM
  • The complete pipeline infrastructure for high-ACV B2B deals. Eight stages – MAP, SURROUND, CAPTURE, CONVERT, PRE-SELL, CLOSE, SCALE, OPTIMIZE – connected by one Intent Engine that tracks every contact through every handoff. Your ads, content, outbound, SDR sequencing, pre-sell architecture, and front-end offer run as one system, not five disconnected tools.

  • Traditional ABM was built for 50–200 accounts, takes 6–12 months to produce pipeline, and requires humans doing everything manually. ABM on Steroids works 5,000+ accounts at once, delivers pipeline in 30 days, and uses technology to handle scale while humans only show up at the exact moment a buyer is ready. Same precision. A hundred times the scale. A fraction of the time. That's not ABM improved. That is what ABM should have been from the start.

  • They sell you a channel. We build infrastructure. A lead-gen agency delivers names. An SDR firm dials phones. We build the engine that makes every name warmer, every dial more likely to connect, and every booked meeting more likely to close – and the engine belongs to you. Leads are rented. Infrastructure is owned.

  • Especially for you. Referrals are great until they're your only channel – the moment they slow, pipeline slows, and you have no lever to pull. The Flywheel installs an owned channel that manufactures the same warm-referral feeling referrals give you naturally: 20–30 touchpoints across ads, content, and outbound before any human outreach, so contacts arrive feeling like they already know you. You don't need existing channels to start. Most of our referral-built clients had none.

THE TECHNOLOGY
  • Most platforms report intent at the account level – you learn "someone at Acme" looked, and it might be an intern. And that same signal is being sold to every competitor with a subscription. We track intent at the contact level: the actual decision-maker, identified by name, using 20+ signals plus human intent traffic like competitor site visits, keyword searches, and ad engagement. Budget and outreach go to the specific people who can sign. Not a department – a person.

  • It means we don't see "47 clicks." Here is an illustrative example: Jamie Lawson, VP of Sales, clicked your LinkedIn ad Tuesday, visited your landing page, and closed the tab without opting in. A recovery sequence fired within hours. She saw a retargeting ad the next day with a different angle. She downloaded the guide. A human SDR picked her up with a personalized video referencing her company. Every interaction attributed to a specific person, with the right next step triggered automatically.

  • Our tech serves ads to the named decision-makers on your buying committees – not a job-title audience, not a lookalike. And the creative shifts automatically with each person's behavior: awareness content for cold contacts, proof content for engaged ones, booking creative for the ones heating up. We walk through exactly how it works, on your accounts, in the Pipeline Diagnostic.

  • Intent data tools wait for buyers to raise a hand – and only about 5% of your market is in-market at any moment. We work the other 95% too: education and story surround them, person by person, until they see the problem and you're the obvious answer. In-market buyers get captured the moment they signal. Everyone else gets warmed until they're ready. That's manufacturing intent instead of renting a report about it.

THE OFFERS
  • The Pipeline Review is the free 30-minute meeting. If it is a fit, we then build your Pipeline Diagnostic: the full workup, with five Account Attack Plans for the accounts you most want to win, 50+ named accounts showing buying signals right now, a full go-to-market teardown, a 12-month forecast built from your actual numbers, a CFO-ready financial report, and the exact 8-stage roadmap for your market. You keep all of it whether or not you hire us for anything else. Four Pipeline Review slots open per month.

  • Four tiers, one system. The Starter Engine is $6,800/month plus $5–8K in media spend, the full motion on your best-fit accounts, all-in around $12–15K/month. Wider Surround (adds LinkedIn) is $10,000/month. Full Coverage (your entire mapped market) is $14,000/month. The Full System (coverage plus the always-on content and pre-sell layer) is $20,000/month, with media spend scaling to $12–15K+. Media spend is always separate, paid directly by you, in accounts you own. Most clients start with the Starter Engine and widen around month 4–5 when the numbers say so. We'll tell you which tier fits, or that none do, on the Pipeline Review.

  • Because we don't buy Meta's audiences, we serve ads to the named decision-makers on your list, the same people you'd target on LinkedIn, at a fraction of the cost per impression. Familiarity takes 20–30 touches, and at the start, frequency on the right names is everything. Meta delivers several times the frequency per dollar on the identical list. LinkedIn joins in the Wider Surround tier once the motion is proven, not as an upgrade, as a wider net around buyers who already know you.

  • A done-for-you podcast operation where the guests are your dream prospects. We pre-warm your market with ads, invite target decision-makers onto your show, run all production and follow-up, and convert guest relationships into pipeline, with a target of 40 episodes recorded with ICP-matched prospects in 90 days.

  • Your six-figure annual contract has a long sales cycle and an unsustainable CAC. A front-end offer is a short diagnostic or audit that closes in 30 days and is designed to break even on acquisition cost, a real experience of your work instead of a pitch deck. Forty to fifty percent of front-end clients convert to the full engagement. That's how ad spend becomes a profit lever: the front end funds acquisition, the back end builds the business. We design this offer with you as part of the system.

  • You own it: the ad accounts, the audiences, the data, all in your name from day one. The minimum is $5K/month on the Starter Engine (most run $5–8K) and it scales with coverage: $8–12K on Wider Surround, $10–15K+ at Full Coverage and above. We hold the floor because below it the surround can't reach the frequency that makes the system work, and we won't run it broken. We model the exact right number for your market on the Pipeline Review.

WORKING TOGETHER
  • Setup takes about two weeks. Demand capture against in-market accounts produces the first meetings inside the first month, because it acts on demand that already exists. Demand creation compounds over the following months, feeding a growing supply of warm accounts into the capture motion. By day 30, the front-end offer is designed to break even on acquisition and the Flywheel is self-funding.

  • We build and run the pipeline engine: qualified meetings on your team's calendar with buyers who've been surrounded across 20–30 touchpoints and pre-sold with proof before the meeting. Your team closes. We make sure they're talking to the right people, already warm, already convinced. That's the difference between a cold conversation and an 85% show rate.

  • Stage 5: PRE-SELL. The moment a meeting books, proof assets and case studies deploy automatically. The thank-you page is loaded with social proof. An SDR confirms attendance and warms the contact. Retargeting continues with proof-only creative until the meeting. No-shows trigger a dedicated recovery sequence immediately. Buyers show up already convinced – which is why first meetings feel like second meetings.

  • Everything. The ad accounts, the audiences, the data, the lists, the funnels, the sequences, and the engine itself. This is an owned channel, not rented leads – and the longer it runs, the more the data compounds and the warmer contacts arrive. That compounding is yours.

  • About two hours total during the Pipeline Diagnostic. During the build, a weekly rhythm with your team. For the Podcast Pipeline, 3–4 hours of recording per week. Everything else – lists, ads, sequences, production, follow-up, tracking – is operated by us.

FIT
  • B2B companies where the system fits: built for $30K+ deals; sweet spot $50K–$500K, doing $3M–$50M in revenue, run by founders, CROs, VPs of Sales, or Heads of Growth. We work across SaaS, IT services, software development, consulting, EdTech, healthtech, fintech, robotics, industrial automation, and medical devices. If your buyers decide by committee, your deals close on trust, and your growth currently depends on who already knows you – this was built for you.

  • Companies under roughly $3M in revenue. Transactional or low-ticket sales motions. Products that close on price instead of trust. And anyone shopping for a quick batch of leads rather than a system. If that's you, we'll tell you on the first meeting and point you somewhere better – no pressure either way.
